Well things are going beautifully I am loosing ounce by ounce my body and skin accommodate to slow loose of fat, body sugar as the scale and glucose machine records. There are no sudden claps of skin or appearance of wrinkles as I see.

Added to dish few slices of apple, slice of Egyptian Rumi cheese , steam rice with beans and meet.

4 spoons of Steam Rice with cranberries

Crown berry saffron rice plus the dish.

Crown berry steamed saffron rice, slices of oranges one jalapeno and ½ slice of rye bread added to the dish

A picture worth a 1000 words. Home made Falafel, with my sweet and sour gravy, sour apple, and the rest of the dish you see, enjoy.

A bowl of red beans cooked with herbs and toped with Parmesan cheese, and then the dish

2 slices of Mortadella with pistachio, red beans cooked with herbs, slices of sour apple and those that you can see.
