Weeks 6 and we are doing fine.

Day 36

The dish plus steam rice and lentils then toped with one egg.

4 spoons of Steam Rice with lentils, slices of apple and then the dish.

Today I added 8 Oz of ProMeh slice of rye bread; I really did enjoy the meal.

Day 39

Few spoons of rice, eggplant cook with herbs, baby Lima beans and slices of apple and the dish.

A bowl of red beans cooked with herbs and potatoes, toped with spoon of lime juice and black sesame oil, slices of sour orange, and apples added.

Day 41

Lentils cooked with herbs, chickpeas, egg and tomatoes omelet, slices of apple and the dish.


wks 6 day 42

Day 42

Mehdi’s mixed salad, chicken Brest barbecued, five spoons of steam rice cooked with split red lentils and usual roots.
